On the eve of the 125th Army-Navy Game, USAA has signed on as the presenting sponsor for five additional years from the end of its current contract. This extension reaffirms USAA’s longstanding commitment to honoring and supporting the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces.
Wayne Peacock, president and CEO of USAA, made the announcement Friday morning in conjunction with the athletic directors of the two rival service academies.
“The Army-Navy Game is one of the most storied rivalries in college football and symbolizes the dedication, discipline and camaraderie of the Black Knights of West Point and Midshipmen of the Naval Academy,” Peacock said. “These two teams are rivals on the field but, in the end, they are one team in defending our great nation. USAA’s sponsorship is about more than the game; it’s also a recognition and celebration of these men and women and their service.”
USAA’s current sponsorship agreement ends in 2025 and the new contract will extend those rights through 2030. The extension includes a range of initiatives aimed at enhancing the game day experience for fans and participants around the globe, including special events, promotion and community outreach.
Naval Academy athletic director Chet Gladchuk thanked Peacock and USAA for the company’s “incredible and ongoing commitment” to the Army-Navy Game and the two institutions as a whole.
“USAA has become synonymous with this national treasure and their vision on many fronts has greatly enhanced the experience for participants, our fans, and the entire hosting community,” Gladchuk said. “We are immeasurably proud to extend our partnership and extremely grateful for the many years of our working together to ensure this historic and patriotic day continues to be celebrated as America’s Game.”
Army athletic director Mike Buddie also praised USAA for its “unwavering” commitment to all those that serve in the United States armed forces.
“As we prepare to face our Navy counterparts on the field, we are proud to stand alongside USAA in celebrating the strength, resilience, and pride that this game represents,” Buddie said.
Next year’s 126th Army-Navy Game will be held Dec. 13, 2025, at M&T Stadium in Baltimore. More information on the Army-Navy Game can be found at armynavygame.com.

It was founded in 1922 in San Antonio, Texas, by a group of 25 U.S. Army officers as a mechanism for mutual self-insurance when they were unable to secure auto insurance because of the perception that they, as military officers, were a high-risk group.
USAA is among the leading providers of insurance, banking and retirement solutions and serves more than 13.5 million active or retired members of the U.S. military.
