Girls basketball
Marriotts Ridge 33, Atholton 32: The Mustangs (1-6) outscored the Raiders 11-4 in the fourth quarter for the comeback win led by sophomore Peyton Albert. She scored a game-high 16 points, all of which came in the second half. Senior Lamees Bazzi added seven points.
Reservoir 51, Glenelg 40: The Gators (6-1, 4-1 Summit Division) picked up a key division win. Leah Lauer finished with a career-high 20 points, including 6-for-6 from behind the arc. Alissa Young added 15 for the Gators. For Glenelg (4-3, 1-2 Summit), Emmy Dello Russo had a team-high 16 points.
Oakland Mills 78, Long Reach 34: The Scorpions (4-2) erupted for a season-high offensive output. Destiny Macharia led the way with 20 points, while Jeriah Shipp added 14. For Long Reach (3-5), Morgan Enlow had 13 points and nine rebounds, while Jaiden Bryant had 11 points and seven rebounds.
Hammond 47, Wilde Lake 36: The Golden Bears (4-3) moved back over .500 with the win. Sara Yarnell scored a season-high 27 points, 17 of which came in the second half. For Wilde Lake (2-4), Maggie Shidle had a career-high 18 points.
Pikesville 60, Catonsville 18: Qaidence David led a balanced Panthers attack with 13 points. Mariah Jones-Bey finished with seven points, 10 assists and seven steals. NaJae Malik-El added nine points, six steals and three rebounds.
Francis Scott Key 61, Liberty 36: The Eagles opened the game with a 24-4 first quarter. Jayla Watson led the win with 17 points. She also tallied four rebounds and three steals. Summer Brooks and Caroline Kohr each scored 10 points. Brooks also totaled five rebounds, four assists and two steals, while Kohr added four rebounds and two steals. Abby Rieger collected seven steals and Ava Hoeflich grabbed six rebounds.
Springdale Prep 76, Carroll Christian 34: The Lions were powered by a balanced offense, led by Maddie Poole with 16 points. Anya Neufeld was right behind her with 15. Samaryia Burrisom added nine and Zing Yinpobil chipped in eight. Joanna Mathews had a game-high 24 points for Carroll Christian.
Northeast 38, Southern 31: Brynn Jones amassed 15 points for the victorious Eagles. Huntyr Marks tallied 23 points for the Bulldogs in the loss.
Boys basketball
North Harford 60, Bohemia Manor 46: The Hawks built a 32-18 halftime lead and cruised to the win. Jason Brady led the way with 19 points and six rebounds. Mason Harvey chipped in 10 points, six rebounds and six steals.
Harford Tech 58, Rising Sun 47: The Cobras jumped ahead by as many as 25 before emptying the bench late. Karon Evans finished with 17 points, four rebounds and two steals to lead the win. Mateo Hiett backed him with 12 points, six rebounds and two blocks. Zach Lane chipped in 10 rebounds, five rebounds and three steals.
Fallston 71, Bel Air 52: Four Cougars scored in double figures led by Oliver Rueckert with 15. He also grabbed nine rebounds. Mikey Griffin Jr. followed with 12 points and was tops defensively with five steals. Logan Sweitzer and Oliver Shamburg each netted 11 points with Sweitzer adding nine rebounds. Aiden Robinson chipped in nine points and seven rebounds.
Gerstell 56, Chapelgate Christian 50: The Falcons held off the Yellow Jackets behind four players scoring in double figures. Colin Toms led with 15 points, backed by Victor Gray with 13, Grant Ray with 12 and Emre Tari with 10.

Catonsville 69, Pikesville 28: The Comets came out hot, outscoring the Panthers 22-8 in the first quarter, then 25-7 in the second.
Glenelg 58, Reservoir 52: Siyi Jolayemi scored 17 points, while Ty Jenkins scored 16 to lead the Gladiators over the Gators. For Reservoir, Bryan Reyes finished with 21 points, five rebounds and six assists.
Howard 79, River Hill 57: The Lions (8-0, 4-0 Sierra Division) extended their undefeated season. Griff Garner led the way with 26 points, while Alex Reeb chipped in 20. Josh Ademiju added 14 points. For River Hill (3-4, 1-3 Sierra), Justin Bishop had a team-high 19 points, while Nick Kogut had 12.
Long Reach 65, Oakland Mills 56: The Lightning (2-5) were led by 20 points from Daniel Best and 19 from Jay’Qwan Colvin in the win.
Meade 61, Severna Park 46: The Mustangs (7-3, 3-0 Anne Arundel) iced the game with an 18-9 fourth quarter. Keon Scott led the win with 20 points, four assists, five steals and four rebounds. Ashton Turman added 14 points and three assists.
Southern-AA 43, Northeast 41: Ethan Sheffey scored 16 points including the game-winning layup with two seconds remaining to lift the Bulldogs over the Eagles. Sheffey also added eight steals. Gavin Crandell finished with eight points and eight rebounds. Daniel Lewis had seven points and Bryson Mims chipped in seven rebounds and three blocks.
Broadneck 72, Chesapeake 60: Kamari Williams scored 21 points, Drew Cahall scored 14, Liam Sabo scored 12 points and Ashton Sellman scored 11 points to lead the Bruins (7-3).
Severn 42, Indian Creek 33: Sean Harvey led the way with 14 points, nine rebounds, two steals and two blocks for the Admirals while Ben Hilburn fired 10 points. Daniel Growney added six points, eight rebounds and four assists.
South River 70, Eleanor Roosevelt 62: The Seahawks (11-0) rallied from a 12-point halftime deficit behind a 23-point performance from Jonah Hall and 22 points from Jaden McDuffie.
Archbishop Spalding 62, Gilman 52: Elijah Barrett netted 19 points and Kam Carter drained 13 to improve the Cavaliers to 13-3 and capture their seventh-straight win.
Huntingtown 66, Crofton 63: The Cardinals lost on the road despite 28 points from Will Frost and 16 from Miles Denton.
Wrestling
Century 59, Centennial 24: Eli Stein, Gram Knott, Ryleigh Gittermann and Dylan Vroom recorded pins for Century in the nonconference dual win.
